The story

It all began in Caracas, Venezuela, when Carlos Pulido, our founding member, makes the decision of migrating to the United States

Carlos arrives to Miami, Florida with scarce resources, but with wide experience in the most exquisite Venezuelan bakery. He also has a dream: to build a global center to share the culinary culture of Venezuela.
